DRIVING A HARD BARGAIN
While returning to Austin on Highway 290, I was passed by this enterprising
automobile and was fortunate enough to catch up with it at a stoplight in Giddings, Texas.
Written on the side windows are messages that read: "Honk 4 ART!" and "Wholesale ART!"
