THIS WEEK'S FOCUS: ELGIN, TEXAS
(Scroll down to see all SIX images from Elgin!)

BIG PIG
This December I'm participating in an art exhibition in Elgin, Texas.
Last Saturday, while in Elgin for the show's opening reception, I took a stroll
around Elgin's downtown and noticed this gigantic pig inside one of the storefronts.

AUTO ART
The Green Goddess is an art-car created by Shelly Long, an artist
who is now based in Elgin. Her alluring car was parked across the street
from the Kingfisher Gallery, in downtown Elgin -- where Shelly, I, and sixteen
other artists are presently participating in this new gallery's inaugural exhibition.
